The Return Policy of Whiteboard.com is as follows:
Items that have arrived damaged or are unwanted items that are not damaged will be reviewed for return at the discretion of Whiteboard.com and may not be returned without prior written consent. All such returns will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking and collection fee. To be eligible for a return credit, all items must be in pristine condition and in original packaging and Whiteboard.com must be notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Items that are ordered as bespoke items or made to order items, are not eligible for refund or return under any circumstance. If you wish to coordinate a return of an item yourself, email customerservice@whiteboard.com and they will provide the return address. Please do not attempt to return an item without first contacting them directly, as they have various stock locations.
Please ensure to obtain relevant insurance on the item, as they can only issue a credit on undamaged items. Whiteboard.com accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to products in transit where Whiteboard.com has not provided the returns service.
Products that arrive damaged due to courier or carrier mishandling will be replaced, provided that the damage or defect is reported to Whiteboard.com within 72 hours of receipt. They require photographic evidence of the damage or defected products emailed to them at customerservice@whiteboard.com. Their customer service team will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective products at a time separate to your re-delivery unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.
All return credits will be processed within 30 days of receiving the items to its warehouse. To be eligible for a return credit, all items must be unused, in like new condition, and repackaged securely in the original packaging.
If the Customer cancels any order before its completion, the Customer shall immediately thereupon become liable to pay Whiteboard.com a sum equal to the cost of the labour, materials and overheads expended in the execution of the said order up to and including the date of the receipt of such cancellation plus the profit amount which would have otherwise been made had the cancellation not occurred. How To Open A Whiteboard Account?
To open an account on Whiteboard.com, follow these steps:
- Download and install Microsoft Whiteboard on the desired platform: Web browser, Microsoft Teams, Windows, iOS, Android, or Surface Hub devices.
- After installing Whiteboard, sign into the app with a free Microsoft account (Outlook, Hotmail, Live, Xbox, etc.) or a Microsoft 365 account (personal, commercial, or school).
- Upon launching the Whiteboard web experience or any of the standalone Whiteboard apps, you’ll start with the board picker. Here, you can find all the whiteboards that you’ve previously created or accessed.
- To create a new board, select the Create new Whiteboard tile.
Remember, collaboration is at the heart of Whiteboard. You can share a whiteboard from the Share tray in Microsoft Teams, or prepare your board ahead of time and then present it. In standalone Whiteboard apps, select the Share button at the top right, where you can generate a Share link. Send this link to your participants.
